2026 - Present

Exponential OS — a multi-agent harness built from zero

Built his own agentic runtime rather than adopting a framework: constitution-enforced engineering principles, an agentic memory layer for context management, a control plane for routing and model selection, composable skills and MCP integrations.
Shipped two installable plugins on it — exponential-developer, a cross-LLM agentic SDLC workflow with nine stages and five hard gates, and Co-Dialectic, open source under AGPL-3.0.
The thesis: platform-based agents are loyal to the platform, not the operator. Owning the harness means the constitution, the memory and the agents belong to you.
In daily production use — and used to deliver the AI Fund work, which is the evidence it holds up outside a demo.

AI Fund — two product bets, built and tested from zero

Built and shipped two product bets in three months, each demand-tested before scaling the build.
Validated against ~150 companies across four segments with 36 grounded outreaches; 19 of 22 major API providers confirmed the technical gap but not commercial urgency, so he killed the wedge on evidence with minimal sunk cost.
Brand-voice personas on embeddings, style-RAG and prompt tuning; a four-stage LLM workflow with layered deterministic and semantic auditors targeting AI slop and voice fidelity.
Ran controlled fine-tuning experiments on Oumi against Qwen bases. Full fine-tuning regressed on catastrophic forgetting; he diagnosed it, moved to LoRA, and set the decision ladder: prompt, then RAG, then fine-tune last.

2024

Multi-Agent Wisdom Marketplace & gPals (Google Innovation)

Conceptualized a multi-agent wisdom marketplace that properly incentivizes creators over IP theft.
Built 'gPals' (Omni Personal Digital Companions), iterating 14 prototypes during a single hackathon to validate a multi-billion dollarTAM.
Secured buy-in and $3.7B revenue validation from the GCP Finance Director by executing 50+ face-to-face customer interviews.

2023

iSCaaS+ (Intelligent Supply Chain AI)

Won 2nd prize out of 40 submissions at the first-ever GCP Supply Chain Hackathon.
Integrated Hyperledger with BARD/Vertex AI to reduce supply chain recall tracing from 6 months to 30 seconds (a 51M% efficiency gain).
Designed the architecture to prevent crisis events like the 2022 baby formula contamination.

2023 - 2024

CViC (Construction Virtualization Innovation Center)

Identified and championed a 20%-time applied computer vision initiative into a fully chartered organization within Google.
Architected integration pipelines for AI safety (IntenseEye) and drone imagery (DroneDeploy).
Successfully unblocked 1,000+ external partners by navigating unprecedented Android application distribution frameworks.

Resilience AI DAO

Executed the 0-to-1 startup lifecycle targeting HIPAA-regulated behavioral health through 4 distinct technical product pivots.
Built RAG pipelines and predictive modeling PoCs to demonstrate grounded NLP functionality.
Pitched to VCs and secured recognition for a multimodal AI architecture addressing clinical risk management.
